Korean food culture
Korean food, its cooking culture, and the philosophy of eating and serving it, and it is one of the most important steps that a visitor or an interested person in Seoul can only stop at. For me, that was a major stop that dominated my trip to Seoul in early April, a trip that came at the invitation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in South Korea, as the first Bahraini journalist to visit Seoul within the Ministry’s cultural program, to get a closer look at Part of Korean culture. one of the most popular Korean street food that Arab people like is Halal Korean Spicy Ramen.
The truth of the matter is, that I wasn't even aware of the importance of Korean food and its role in Korean culture. I was worried by his wrong and baseless belief that it tasted bad. But what I experienced during my six-day trip blew up all those beliefs and proved otherwise.
Since my first encounter with this food, I have learned that Koreans hold a firm belief that "food is the best medicine," and that they, that is, food and medicine, come from the same source; Therefore, their functions and roles are similar. I also learned that Korean food is very healthy, so Korea avoided the evil diseases that swept many surrounding countries. Koreans believe that health and disease come from food and how it is eaten. This idea played a role in the development of Korean folk medicines, which depend mainly on the idea of resorting to medicine, only when food is unable to do so. And then when I get back to Dubai I started to look for Korean groceries nearby my home or an Asian shop that sells Korean food such as Korean kimchi which is one of the best and most healthy Korean sides dishes the Korean people have with every meal they eat a day because this kimchi is protected the person health from a lot of bad diseases. That is why the Korean people keep eating it over and over and we must tell the people about this Korean kimchi.

It is this importance that Koreans attach to food, its forms, and the variety of its recipes, which gives Korean food the importance that I am talking about, and this was the case for me; Food was my first and perhaps main cultural stop during this cultural trip in Seoul.
